The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
Processing time: Order verification, quality check, and packaging. All orders are sent to the fulfillment center for dispatch in 1-5 business days after the order is placed. 6. Shipping Note
- The estimated delivery time (does not include weekends or public holidays) is from the date that your parcel was shipped.
- Your parcel will be shipped with the most suitable carrier depends on size and weight. Parcels will be delivered at working days and working hours, please offer an available address where someone can accept it as a signature may be required.
- Once your parcel arrived in your country, it will be passed to an internal postal service according to standard delivery procedures.
7.UNSUCCESSFUL DELIVERY Refund Policy for Unsuccessful Delivery:
Refund policy is not applied in any case including items damaged, lost, etc. Otherwise, insurance should be applied.
Return Parcel:
In any case, the parcel may return to us for one of the following reasons.

Disregarding any reasons, the Company will be charged the return delivery cost by our local Post Office for all undelivered or unclaimed parcels. The customer should be responsible for the return delivery charge and re-shipment charge if parcels or goods returned "unclaimed" or due to address the related problems.
8. For Undelivered Solution
- Parcels may take longer to arrive due to an invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes which cannot be foreseen or avoided such as war, flood, typhoon, storm, earthquake, severe weather conditions, then delivery will be postponed. In the event of such delays, a proper solution will be worked out decrease your losses.
- For Expedited Shipping Service, if the package does not arrive or is signed by others, please contact us within 1 months of shipment. Our representative of customer service will get back to you to offer a solution within 24-48 hours, overdue requests may not be processed.
